As a Lions Club, we bought this chair for a woman in our community. The salesperson I spoke with over the phone was super helpful and polite. Plus, the delivery was quick, and the chair's quality is top-notch.

We ended up sending it back because it was a bit damaged. Plus, we were pretty bummed to discover a red slip inside the package stating that the bar might not support your full weight. We had no clue about this until the package arrived and we found that slip. On the bright side, our refund went through quickly, and we appreciate that.

Just what we were looking for! My husband uses a wheelchair, and I lift him into this extra long shower slider chair/toilet chair. It was just the right length, so when I slid him into the shower, he was actually in there. It worked like a charm. The previous ones we tried weren't long enough, and he ended up stuck at the shower's edge, which was a no-go. This one is super sturdy and made of quality materials. We're really glad we discovered this product. Huge thanks! It’s made a big difference for us. Oh, and since the shower curtain wouldn’t fit over the bars, we trimmed it down and used Velcro to hold it in place. That did the trick! :)

The chair showed up and got put to use right away. But the armrest cushion measures 9 inches, while the tube is 12 inches long. The user, who is 91 and lacks padding, found the bare tube uncomfortable, so we had to stop using it. We’ve got a plan to add a longer cushion. She’ll be giving it another go. She really liked the seat and the sturdy back, plus the adjustable height is a nice touch. So, it seems like a decent option for her. The shipping was a bit delayed, but they kept us in the loop, which was great. All in all, this turned out to be a solid pick, and Care Prodx was easy to work with.

We placed an order for a commode bath chair for my mother, who is bedridden, on Wednesday, December 28. They promised to expedite the order to the 'warehouse' and said it would ship out via FedEx by Thursday or, at the latest, Friday. We were led to believe it would arrive within 5 business days, by Thursday, January 5. Turns out, CareProducts doesn’t actually have a warehouse; they source from wholesalers and didn’t realize their supplier was closed for the holidays. Now, it seems the chair won’t arrive until January 17. Meanwhile, my mother has to endure bedbaths instead of a proper shower and is stuck using a bedpan. Our tough situation just keeps dragging on. When I reached out to them, they were polite and offered a 5% discount, but honestly, that doesn’t make up for the discomfort and frustration we’re experiencing. I just wish they had been upfront with us.

We picked the Ezee Life Tilt Shower Commode Chair. This chair is solid, secure, and comfy. You can roll it over a commode or use the bucket that’s included. It tilts back and has a headrest for washing hair. We opted for the larger wheels in the back for better stability and safety. As someone who uses this chair, I’m really happy with all its features. It even comes with a seat belt and foot pedals. I definitely recommend this chair.
